Sex offenders who were convicted on or after July 1997, including juveniles, or for an offense for which registration is required including every person serving a prison sentence or under community supervision.  Offenses which require registration include:

• Carnal knowledge of a minor between 13 and 15
• Carnal knowledge of a minor between 13 and 15 by a person in a supervisory relationship
• Entering a house with the intent to commit rape
• Possession of child pornography
• Third or subsequent conviction of sexual battery or attempted sexual battery
• When the victim is a minor, physically helpless or mentally incapacitated, a violation or attempted violation of:
  • Abducted
  • Abduction of any minor under 16 for the purposes of concubinage or prostitution
  • Sexual battery
  • Crimes against nature
  • Sexually violent offense

The following information is to be supplied by the offender:

• Name and aliases
• Date and location offense took place
• Fingerprints
• Photograph
• Date of birth
• Social security number
• Current address
• Proof of residence
• Description of the offense or offenses for which the person was convicted.
