Any person who is convicted of any of the following offenses is required to register:

• Kidnapping a minor
• Indecent assault, misdemeanor in the first degree
• Incest with a victim that is 12 or older, but under 18
• Prostitution when the offender promotes the prostitution of a minor
• Offenses relating to obscene materials
• Sexual abuse of children
• Unlawful contact or communication with a minor
• Sexual exploitation of children
• Rape
• Involuntary deviate sexual intercourse
• Sexual assault
• Aggravated indecent assault
• Incest when the victim is under 12
• Attempt to commit any of the above offenses.

Offenders and sexually violent predators are required to register all residences and intended residences upon release from incarceration, parole or upon commencement of a sentence of intermediate punishment or probation.

The following offenders must register for a period of 10 years:

• All above the above listed offenses are require registration for a period of 10 years.

• Offenders with 2 or more convictions
• Rape
• Involuntary deviate sexual intercourse
• Sexual assault
• Aggravated indecent assault
• Incest when the victim is under 12
• Sexually violent predators
