Any individual who has been convicted of, found guilty of, or pled guilty to a felony sexual offense if the victim was a minor since July 1, 1979 must register.  Or, if the person was convicted of, found guilty of, or pled guilty to committing or attempting to commit one of the following offenses, since July 1, 1979:

• Kidnapping
• Felonious restraint
• Promoting prostitution
• Incest
• Abuse of a minor
• Use of a minor in sexual performance
• Promoting sexual performance by a minor

Offenders are required to submit the following information:

• Name
• Address
• Social Security Number
• Telephone number
• Place of Employment
• Offenses that require registration
• Date, place and brief description of their offenses.
• Whether the individuals was sentenced as a persistent or predatory offender
• Age and gender of victims at the time of the offenses.
• Whether he or she successfully completed the Missouri Sexual Offender Program.
• Offender's photograph
• Offender's fingerprints
