The Mississippi Sex Offenders Registration Law requires the Mississippi Department of Public Safety to maintain a registry of persons who are residing in the the state and who have been convicted of certain sexual offenses or attempted offenses. The information is regularly update to assure that it is complete and as accurate as possible. Remember that this information may change quickly due to the fact that offenders may move and not update their information.

Any person residing in Mississippi who has been convicted of a sex offense or attempted sex offense. People who have been acquitted of a sex offense by reason of insanity of any sex offense or attempted sex offense. If a juvenile is adjudicated delinquent at least two times for a sex offense or attempted sex offense will be required to register.

Documentation of any treatment received for mental abnormality or personality disorder.
Biological sample
Name of institution of higher learning at which he or she is employed, or is enrolled in as a student.
Other information that may be deemed necessary
