Minnesota requires that predatory offenders are required to register. Some juvenile offenders are required to register.

An offender must provide the following information to the Corrections Agent or the law-enforcement authority:

Address of primary residence
Addresses of secondary residences
Addresses of all Minnesota properties owned, leased or rented.
Addresses of all employment locations.
Addresses of all residences where the individual attends school.
The year, model and make as well as license plate number and color of all vehicles owned and regularly driven by the offender.

Those who have been deemed as a sexually dangerous person, sexual psychopathic personality or similar law of another state, must provide this additional information:

Criminal history
Documentation of treatment received during commitment.
