| Delaware Code requires that the Delaware State Police maintain a sex offender registry that is available to the public on the Internet. Offenders who were convicted after June 27, 1994 are required to register. Those offenders who have been arrested for sexual offenses but not convicted are not required to register. The information is updated regularly to ensure completeness and accuracy. The State of Delaware also offers an email subscription service that allows you to receive information concerning changes to the registry and sex offenders who appear on the site. | ||||||
